An international engineering partner, rooted in energy.
Founded in 2016, BIISSS — Building Integrated Industrial Structures & Specialized Solutions — is an international engineering company specialised in the design, construction and maintenance of critical facilities for the petrochemical, oil and gas industries, as well as for the emerging hydrogen, methane and renewable energy sectors.
Headquartered in Dubai, at the heart of global energy flows, and complemented by an office in Amsterdam, close to the main European industrial basins, BIISSS supports its clients across the entire lifecycle of their assets — from FEED to commissioning, through operations and decommissioning.

Design & engineering offices

Procurement & supply chain
International sourcing of critical equipment, supplier management, expediting inspection and project logistics, including local customs constraints.

Commissioning & testing
